  • Hi,

I want to confirm more information with you. You post the question in Excel forum. Do you mean that Excel is crashing after system upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10? If so, does the issue occur with other Office applications?

If the issue occur with Office/Excel, what is the detail version/edition of Office you are using?

Based on my knowledge, I suggest you update your hardware drivers to the latest version. In addition, please try to repair your Office from Control Panel

If running Repair didn't help, you can follow the method in the article to uninstall Office and reinstall Office to fix it.

If the issue isn't about Office, please ask question in Windows 10 Forum for help.

If you have any updates, feel free to post back to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Herb
