Does CRM 2013 Outlook integration require Exchange? RRS feed

  • Hi folks

    I have a new CRM 2013 customer who would like to access CRM through Outlook.

    They are not running Exchange.

    Will synchronisation work without Exchange?

    Will it work at all?

  • Exchange is not necessary.

    It will work with the pop3 mail account that the Outlook client is connected with.
