I've got registered plugin on create and update event with phone call entity - plugin fill one custom field. If the phone call is created or updated through form, event create/update is correctly fired and plugin is executed (field is filled correctly). But if the phone call is created by quick campaign, there is no create/update event in phone call entity, so plugin is not executed. I dont understand, maybe i miss read something important in doc.
Plugin is registered post stage, synchro, server only, phone call entity, create and update message, crm 4.0.
just register your plug-in for the child-pipeline and not for the parent pipeline. Then you will be informed about all events. Be aware that the crm-webservice of the plug-in-context is read-only in the child-pipeline.
