Error while deploying ASP.NET web Application on IIS

  Hi,
  
  We have created a web application which opens a MS Word document. This application runs smoothly while we run it through our code. But when we are publishing or deploying this application on IIS server it throws an exception. Exception is given below:
  "error is:Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80010001.".
  
  We have set the permissions for ASPNET user account, Internet Guest account, IIS account, Network Services for published folder.
  Please suggest the solution that what we are missing.
