Please first try recreating the Licensing Store.
Recreate the Licensing Store
1) Click Start button.
2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
8) Type: net start sppsvc
9) Type: slui.exe
10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.
If you are asked for your Key, use the one on the COA sticker on the machine's caseReboot and Post back with a new MGADiag report

Hi Noel,
thanks, looks not to bad:
I followed your instructions. During the activation dialog there was a pop-up telling me that my key is invalid but after clicking ok the dialog started again and ended with a success message.
I did a reboot and the windows genuine check is gone. also the message on the desktop background. Nevertheless you'll find the report attached:

btw: thanks for your help! I'm very pleased and thankful ;-)

P.S. hmm just have seen, in my first report the Windows product key does not match the one which is on the sticker on the bottem of the netbook. Not sure if this is the purpose of the problems?

Computers that come pre-installed with Windows from large manufacturers usually come with two Product Keys.
OEM SLP: This is the key that came in Windows (from the factory). It works by connecting to a BIOS flag (the SLIC table) found only on computers from that Manufacturer. Once it sees the correct BIOS flag, it self activates.
COA SLP: This is the key seen on the sticker located on the side, bottom or in the battery compartment of your machine. The purpose of this key is to be used in the case the OEM SLP self-activation stops working for whatever reason.
Please post a new MGADiag report so we can check and sign off on it. :)
