    Hi,

    I am facing this issue, that when I write something in the reply window, once I submit it, all formatting, even lines and spaces is getting removed and my entire post looks like one big paragraph.

    What are you using to compose your reply - which browser and OS? There was a relatively recent thread on this topic started by Hunchback.

    Hi, Thank yo for your suggestions. But I cant see the HTML editor. and there are 3 empty lines above this line, but in my case they are all removed.

    We can resubmit this. I take it that this is a problem with no spacing between lines?

     

    The fastest workaround is to press the spacebar in a line (like I did above and below).

     

    So, what brands are this a problem with? All TechNet forums? What about MSDN and the Microsoft branding?

    Somehow it has resolved. Now when I submit a post it is with all the formatting. I was not able to HTML button also before but now I can see it. (Only thing if for any number of returns I hit I get only one line spacing now.

    I hit 5 "Enter" keys before this line.

    Hi, Yes it still persists. I found that this happens only in my office, where there are security restrictions, so I cant see HTML button etc, but it effects the formatting!!?
