Uninstall Microsoft CRM 2013 Office Outlook RRS feed

    • Hi,
      I am unable to uninstall CRM 2013 client for outlook.
      I had followed the steps as per tail blogs and unable to succeed.

      I also use below tools and no luck.

      Also under Start I can view CRM 2013 and CRM 2015 client 
      But under control panel it reflects only CRM 2013 please see screen shot.

    Hi,

    What sort of errors do you get? How do you uninstall the program? Have you tried running the installer again?

    When I try to uninstall it gives below error.

    For uninstalling I use Control Panel --> Program n Features

    Hi Nadeem,unisntall all components also, like visual c+..

    then try uninstalling the client with the tool msicuu2-Kopie.exe
