    thank you

still dano  take it to the shop eh,,  but not the one that built it aye?  i just want all my screens to have the same back ground :(

If you bought this machine in its current state (i.e. with a counterfeit Windows installed), under the impression that it was genuine, you should demand a refund from the vendor - threats of police action can work wonders in this respect. Note that the BIOS is dated 2010, so the machine is not exactly new, either.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'i just want all my screens to have the same back ground'. With non-genuine windows, they do - black! <g>

You have an OEM_SLP installation on a retail motherboard - which can never work.
You need to purchase a valid Full Retail copy of whichever version and edition of Windows you require, and do a clean install with that.
