    There is some programs that U use quite a lot.

    When I try to log in them, it keep comming up that I need flash player. I download flashplayer and everything seems to be working right.

    But when I log into again, it is still saying that I need flashplayer or I have the wrong flashplayer.

    It is also telling me at times that ActiveX files are crupt.

    I am using windows vista basic

    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Windows Vista newsgroups here: http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/Default.aspx or contact Adobe support for Flash player issues or the maker of the program that is giving you the error.
