CRM2011 Outlook Pluginnot displaying any data

Question
-
Hi
We have a fresh installation of CRM2011. We have also installed the CRM2011 Outlook Plugin, Outlook is displaying the CRM folder structure, the toolbars, etc, but no views or CRM records are visibile. Track in CRM from Outlook to CRM is working, but no data from CRM seems to be visible in Outlook. There seems to be quite a few such issues in the forums too, but no conclusive answers till now.
Any solution?
som details:
CRM2011 - Update rollup 2 applied. Product version - 5.0.9688.1155
CRM2011 Outlook Plugin - downloaded the latest from MS - 32 bit - 5.0.9688.1155
Thanks and Regards

I don't think I've read an issue with your exact scenario, CRM Outlook Client appears to be working but not displaying data. Having said that, there are hundreds of posts every week so it is quite possible I'm missing these.
In Outlook, can you go to Tools, Trust Center (you might have to select Options first, doing this from memory), select Add-ins, select the Go Button at the bottom and ensure there is only one Microsoft CRM Outlook Add-in in the list and the Add-in's checkbox is enabled.

1. Did you properly configure the Outlook client once installed?
2. Does the user have account have access to the entities in CRM?

Outlook Client is installed properly and users have access to data.
IE is working perfectly, only Outlook is causing issues.
Office 2007 is being used.

1. Did you go through the configuration wizard for the outlook client after the install to point it to your server and such?
