Is Windows Live Writer compatible with SSL?

I have blog on my Sharepoint 2010. I used Claim auth. on SSL channel. But If I start live writer 2011 and add new account blog on Sharepoint, eles I get this error:

This is an OLD forum for Windows Live Writer; Microsoft will be shutting it down soon [to be read only]... But...
