MAPS Windows 7 Professional License not valid

Question
-
I have 3 Windows 7 VM's that i have used my MAPS Windows 7 Professional Downloads for.
Everything worked fine for awhile.
Recently it tells me that the Windows license is not valid
When I try to respond to the screen by calling MS; as soon as I answer the question of how many times I've installed this product it tells me that the license I have does not support multiple installations?
I've checked on line and it says it supports 10
It also says to stay on the line to talk to a representative - but then it goes on to hang up on me
I've tried this multiple times (which i know is the ultimate definition of insanity in that I'm expecting a different answer)
any ideas?
thanks
Thad Lowry

Hi Thad,
Try activating by phone again, but this time do not enter anything into the phone prompt. This will force the phone prompt to transfer you to a Live Activation Rep.
Hope that helps,
