Problem With Activating Account RRS feed

  •  I am installing OneCare on a second computer, I am using a store bought copy. Every time I put in the product key to activate it, it tells me that the code is already in use. How do I get it to work?

  • Hello Dillon, to activate a second computer do not re-use the product key. To activate on the second computer open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to activate the first computer. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
