Create news subfolders and trasferred files

       I have created news subfolders in a existing sync folder. After this, i transfered de files and subfolders from existing sync folder to news subfolders. Any of this, have the same name where its came from. When i procedd to sync, the results was too bad (any files are lost)!!!  What's wrong?
