Can't add to favorites

I have Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Recently, when I try to add to my favorites list, the web page I'm trying to add is just ignored when I click add. I've looked for answers on the web. But, nobody seems to have a solution. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
