    Off topic for the Security Essentials forum.

    You will need to find your password.  Not suggesting anything here, but there is no way for anyone here to know that the notebook is really yours.

    Try to guess your password or find it. If you are NOT Admin account then you might ask admin to reset your password but if it is Admin account then it would be problem. You should format and reinstall Windows,if you cannot find password, but you will loss your data.
