Retaking MCP Exam in Other Language

  I failed at one MCP exam in English and have to wait for 14 days as of Microsoft Retake Policy.
  

  Did you fail twice? If I am not mistaken, after you fail an exam you can retake it after 24 hours if you wish. Only if you fail for a second time then you have to wait 14 days before taking the exam again.
