Clarification needed regarding Mentor feedback

  hey guys... plz help me out with this problem... the mentor feedback template contains mentor signature, college stamp. How come they are possible on a soft copy... they wanted us to scan the filled in hardcopy containing signatures and stamp or wat...if any one knows plz spare some time to answer this question...
