    Your problem is probably caused b a BIOS update – which has removed the SLIC table on which the OEM_SLP relies to be able to self-activate in conjunction with the Certificates present in the OEM installation.
    You need to change the Product Key to the one on your COA sticker (on the case, or inside the battery compartment), using the Change Product Key link on the System Properties page – you will probably then need to activate by phone.
