For the purposes of this post I have had to remove the links within this diagnostic output. For some reason it will not allow me to post them. I have replaced with plain text, I hope that this does not affect the outcome of the support.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

  • Your system is an OEM SLP install on a PC that was made 5 months before Windows 7 was released to manufacturing.  The OS installed must match what is listed on your COA Sticker, (which I am guessing is Windows Vista) unless you have purchased an upgrade. Without the upgrade, you will have to reinstall using the proper Vista disks.  Be sure to back up your data first.

  • Just in case - It's (just about) possible that this machine was part of the Free Upgrade offer, in which case the activation Product Key for Windows 7 would have been on a sticker in the packaging with which the Win7 disk came.
