    The prepaid subscription product key provided is incorrect. Please type the prepaid subscription product key exactly as shown on your card.

    I have a retail version of OneCare and I am getting this error.  I've tried many times and now suspect that the key has somehow either already been used or the key was not printed correctly.

    What can I do now?

    That error would mean that the key was incorrectly entered or that there is a problem with that key, not that it was used previously. Please contact support for help.
