Prometric Exam time-counter error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I took the exam 070-680 on Friday 16.11.2012, during the exam the total amount of time allocated for the exam was 1:45 instead of 2:45, as matter of fact I failed this exam.

It is inacceptable that during  an exam, such an error occurs.

I request to retake the exam, at no charge, but the Prometric center does not offer a bright variety of solutions on chapter  :::: To be contacted from outside the US :::: .

I am very Dissatisfied with the service Prometric is providing.

How should I proceed in this case ?

    Best regards,

    Ciprian BOGDAN

  • You will need to contact Prometric directly and ask them to look into your concerns.  BTW, did you raise your concerns with the exam centre after you finished the exam?
