If you're using the 2.0 beta, you should not activate with your subscription ID. If you are trying to activate 1.6, you need to use the LiveID for your current subscription. If 1.6 is prompting you for a product key after signing in during activation, you are probably using the wrong LiveID.

Anthony, I'm sorry that you've encountered problems with OneCare. You've posted to a discussion on the 2.0 beta, with an issue with your subscription. This is not the place for technical support as nobody will get back to you directly based on posting here. I've removed your personal information from your post, too.
Please see this post for how to contact support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1183038&SiteID=2
If you have an active subscription, you can sign in with your LiveID at http://support.windowsonecare.live.com to see your support options.
