Giving permission to Group on Multiple Groups

  Lets say I have 10 Groups in Active Directory Domain:
  __________________________________________
  Group1
  Group2
  Group1
  Group3
  Group4
  Group5
  Group6
  Group7
  Group8
  Group9
  Group10
  
  And another Group:
  ________________
  Group11
  
  I want to give "Delete" & "Modify" permission to group "Group11" on all the Groups(1-10)

  How do I go about doing that. I want some automated process. Some script or command.
