Hello, I was curious about new features and improvements to email functionality and integration in CRM 2013:
* improvements over 2011
* im capabilities
* outlook client improvements
* other noteworthy features or improvements
Seems like the outlook client in 2011 tended to lock up Outlook. Has this been anyone else's experience? Not sure if there may have been a way to tweak that in 2011 that I may not have been aware of or if this was a known issue and improvements have been made
to address this in 2013?
