Why the forum of WP7 is locked? Where should I get help for Windows Phone 7? RRS feed

    Does the forum of Windows Phone 7 locked becouse of I was not the member of some group like MSDN or something?

    Then where should I post the question about Windows Phone 7 development? Can I post it in Silverlight or WPF(but nobody'd ever given me a xxxx last time...)?
