Client backup failing

  I followed the instructions online ( http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/windowshomeserver2011/computer-backup-error-solution-2.aspx#BKMK_Incomplete ) but then I hit the last one about looking into VSSADMIN problems and I get somewhat frustrated.  This was an OOB (aka fresh) install of Win 7 + SP1.  How could it possibly get this complicated?!

  Anyway, the error states that "Backup cannot find the selected volume."  It then shows that both System Reserved and C:/ cannot be found.  How common a problem is this?  Any ideas on how to fix it?
