Adding a note to a Case when there is a change of owner RRS feed

  •  Hi guys,

    Apologises for asking what might be a simple question. I have managed to create a work flow that emails a Case owner when a note has been added to a Case by someone else.

    What i would like to do now, when a Case changes Owner, i would like a note to be added, just simple like case has been assigned to so and so.

    I know this is probably simple; however it appears i am struggling with it, thank you for any help as always.

  • You need to select "Record is assigned" under the "Start when" options

  • It's 2011, i managed to get it to work thanks to Guido Preite's image.

    I just need to work out how to say something like the case as been assigned from X to X
