Two e-mail accounts for one CRM user RRS feed

  • Question

We have a CRM deployment for a company that has 2 e-mail accounts for each user (user1@company1.com, user1@company2.com )

They want to use both e-mail accounts with CRM and to be able to recieve and send e-mails from both accounts.

    Is this possible?

What should we do in this case?

(I am thinking at Rules in the E-mail Router or in Exchange, but I'm not sure how to do it)

Any advice would be highly appreciated Smile

  • We have similar situation, in that we have one product division with a unique domain, but each user is employed by the parent company (domain 2).  In CRM, we put the parent company domain e-mail address as the first listed address and then the division domain.

What happens though (and I suspect this may be what you are getting at), is that the e-mails sent and received by the division domain are not resolving to the User in CRM.

If this is the case, I am very curious what the solution should be.  I considered mentioning it to system administrator (I share the role with our IT Manager), but I possibly some insights could be gained in this forum.
