MSDN - Technical Support RRS feed

  • Through my MSDN subscription I want to use Technical Support through the online link support.microsoft.com/oas. I have also a Contract ID and Access ID, which I have requested through the call centre. I now go to the support link and log on with my MSDN account. The error I am getting is that the Contract/Access ID is not linked to my Live Windows Account. Both MSDN support and Technical Support cannot help.

    Do any of you have an idea??
