Korean Keyboard Input

I am from Korea and I have bought a new Windows Vista laptop here in America. I need to know how to input Korean characters with this American keyboard. I already have Korean fonts installed. I am unable to type any Korean characters with this keyboard. How do I input Korean charecters using an American keyboard?
