Loss of folders/Files

  17/04/2019 I currently use Synctoy 2.1, version 2.1.0.0 and occasionally I have lost folders/files upon synchronization. I use Synctoy to reproduce the same structure of files when transferring such files from computer A to B. Let me ask whether lost folders/files can ba retrieved and, more importantly, how to avoid such losses to occur. Let me thank beforefhand for any contributions toward solving this problem.
