Can CWA dialout be disabled? RRS feed

  • We don't want to support dialout via CWA.  Is there any way to disable it?

  • If you delete the static route in the Front-End server that should do it because then there is no Dialout possible from CWA (not good user experience thow)
    But I guess you request how you can remove the Join Call button and maybe only for some scenario's? That I don't know

  • I never inserted the static route until I found out that Anonymous users could dial-out.  The route is supposed to be only to help anonymous users.

    In my environment, if an anonymous users joins a conf call via CWA and dials out with a normalized number and the leader has an enterprise voice policy that allows dialing, the call will complete.  This is without a static route.

    Beyond that, I want to disable ALL dial-out.

    Any ideas?
