Cannot reply except to the last message in a thread

Question
-
When I attempted to reply to Brent Serbus in a thread (and his message is not the last one in the thread), it looks like I'm replying as Ed Price:
I was not able to enter anything, so I canceled. I later replied after the last message in the thread. Sorry to have so many issues.

This happens to me as well but only with TECHNET in the URL. Remove that or change to MSDN and page is slow to build but works. Alert Me trigger also doesn't work with TECHNET in the URL but works without or changed to MSDN.

Oh, I think you ran into the issue where you reply sometimes and the top of the post below you looks like it's above your reply. We've got at least one other thread on this. You can click Submit, and it will show up as your reply.
Thanks!

Aaaah!
Maybe we were both replying at the same time?

I just tried again to reply to Brent and the same thing happened. Sorry to have so many issues. I report them mainly to see if others have similar problems. This is the thread:
