I am having a prolem with activating my product key. RRS feed

    I bought a Microsoft product a month ago or a little more. And I went to install it on my new labtop and oped the product for the first time and installed it with the key give. I get an error saying "Your software cannot be adictivated because the product key used to install the software is not valid." It tells me to try and reinstall is using a valid product key. Ive tried uninstalling the product several times and reinstalling it. But I keep getting the same error. Its for Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007. I'm not sure if I should put the product key on her or not. Thanks in advance.

    make sure when you enter the product key that you dont put an "O" instead of a "0"  and also that the product is genuine even though you may have bought it from a bona fide dealer
