Getting Window 7 Build 7601 Message - Copy not genuine message RRS feed

    Hello,

    I have a verion of Windows 7 which I installed and activated over a year ago.   Since installing Norton 360, I have been getting the Windows copy not Genuine message. I have tried reactivating online and via the automated phone system - but I get an invalid code message.I have double checked the product key - I have the original packaging, disk and product key sticker.
