Microsoft.IdentityModel error with Plugin Registration Tool 2015 on Windows 8.1 RRS feed

    Hi there,

    Has anyone encountered this error - 'Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.IdentityModel, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.'

    when trying to connect using Plugin Registration Tool from CRM 2015 SDK v7.1.0 on Windows 8.1? Same error occurs on both OnPremise and Online.

    I have enabled Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 via Windows Features in Control Panel, but I am still getting the above error. However, Plugin Registration Tool 2011 works just fine.

    Any idea how to resolve this issue?
