  • If you have problems activating online then activate by phone. To add to Carey's response, if you installed windows from an upgrade disk you must install it as an upgrade from within windows, if you attempt to install windows as a clean install, booting from the dvd with an upgrade key it will fail, often people skip the key input, continue the installation and then the upgrade key will not work.

If this is an upgrade key that was installed booting from the DVD you will need to reinstall a qualifying OS and then install over the qualifying OS. Or, if this was a full, version key (OEM or Retail) that will not activate online then activate by phone.

    Activate by phone

    1. Type "slui 4" in the start menu search box, hit enter

    2. Select country or region

    3. Dial the number, DO NOT select any menu options, just wait and a person will pick up.

    4. activate by phone.

  • Your MGA Report indicates that your installed copy of Windows 7 Home Premium has not been activated.  You need to enter a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium "Full Version" product key and then activate.
