Deploy forward rules to mailbox of non CRM users ? RRS feed

    When the Rule deployment wizard retrieves the list of users to which we can deploy the forward rules . I noticed that quite a few of the users were not CRM users .

    Do we have to selectively deploy the rules to each user(only CRM users) .?

    I thought the Rule Deployment Wizard only shows CRM users, are you sure that the users are not disabled CRM users?

    Yes , Kadir you were correct , they were actually disabled CRM users .
