Tracked email not setting Regarding field RRS feed

  • My tracked emails and not setting the 'Regarding' field.

    All of my contacts have the Company field in Outlook with the Dynamics Account name but Outlook is not passing this on

    If anyone has any ideas please let me know

  • I believe this is standard behavior - just selecting the "Track" button does not make an attempt to match to a CRM record based on any of the values of associated Contacts, etc...

    You still need to "Set Regarding" manually or initial the email as a CRM record.
