  • Dear shadowmage86,

Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program. Please look at the eligibility criteria at www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible to determine if you purchased Microsoft Office from a participating system builder, or purchased an Office edition with an eligible part number.

If you believe that your copy of Office meets the eligibility criteria please create a support incident at https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and post the incident ID here.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • Your MGA report indicates you have a Dell computer with a Dell preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  Dell is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.  Please review the following:

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/
