I've one issue under the RDP. I'm working as a IT Admin in a Call Centre.
My company using a System to Monitor the Telephone Calls (incoming and outgoing). We need to listen the conversation used by our staff. I can see only the phone number which my staff is using to call out/in but I couldn't listen the conversation under the RDP.
Can you please help me to solve this particular issue.
I need to solve this ASAP.
