I have gone through all the steps to restore from an external hardrive. My computer gets to the stage where it says "OneCare is restoring files to your computer" and stays on 0%. It has been on 0% for the past five hours and will not proceed any further or back up the files.
Hello Chizley, it could be a permissions issue causing the restore to fail. Navigate to the One Care backup folder on your external hard drive and take ownership of the backup folder and sub folders. If this does not resolve the issue please contact suport.
