Dynamic CRM client sync in a load balanced environment RRS feed

  • Hi,

    am having a client who is using 2 terminal servers in a load balanced environment... CRM 2016 outlook client is installed to sync ..based on load the user might get either of one server.. crm client syncs with out issue if users logs into same server but due to load the user logs into second server CRM client gives alert message "You already have Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook installed on another computer. "

    any recommendations

    Are you using roaming profiles? Looks like outlooksyncsubscriptionid registry value is missing on the second terminal server.

    Check this KB article, it has more information on the scenario and registry value and how to check it.
