Exchange2003 - how delete user rules without contacting with users

  Hi,
  I have a question regarding Exchange 2003. I have the same rule on about 60 accounts and I would like to delete it without intraction with users (it is pain to or doing it manually). There is any way or free tool (I found one but it wasn't free) to do this ?
