  • last year i had to renew as a new person cause i couldnt log into live now its at it again.  my pass n user id are CORRECT but the damn thing wont agree.  i can get to .net but why is one care so inanely difficult

  • I've moved your posts from the Off topic folder and merged them together.

    You can renew you subscription by signing in at https://billing.microsoft.com and clicking on Renew for the OneCare subscription. If you account is set to auto-renew with a valid credit card, then you don't need to do anything. If you originally activated with a retail key, you will need to renew via the link from OneCare or at the Billing site.
    Verify that you are using the correct subscription LiveID by opening OneCare and clicking on Help / About... and looking at the subscription ID. If you logging in with any other ID that won't be your subscription on this installation of OneCare.

  • ok i DID reset my LIVE login info.  not .net.  i even went in and updated my credit card so why in the heck cant i log into the renew page?
