Having an issue with the CRM for Outlook Client. Last week, I was running some testing on my laptop, and had set my local data groups to sync misc entities (Contacts, Accounts, Leads, and custom entities).
Today, a user complained that his Leads were not available in his Outlook, so I looked at his Local Data Groups, and the only entity available when adding a new sync is Contact.
So I looked at my laptop, and I no longer have the menu item to Modify Local Data Groups. I do have this option on my desktop machine, though the same issue - only Contacts are available. (And I am sys admin.)
Any ideas of what might be happening? I'm not aware of any changes to the CRM server, or the Outlook clients.
Is this possibly related to the message that the CRM Outlook client should only be installed on one "primary" workstation?
