The idalog box comes up stating "Media center has stopped working", and when you view problem details it reads as such:

I've never really used the program, and I would really like to enjoy the features of this program. I cannot find very much information on this issue other than there isn't much information on the problem. Please help me I have really enjoyed Windows Vista, but never had the chance to use the features that Media center has to offer. My knowledge of computers is limited, but am very willing do to any troubleshooting that might lead to a resolution of the issue. I would be very thankful if you could give me some advice on this issue.
