Hi dvloki,
Currently, your computer has a Volume Licensing edition of XP Pro installed (Line 8), and that installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key (VLK) (Line 2). VLKs are blocked by Microsoft at the request of the original keyholder for such reasons as the key was lost, stolen, compromised, misused, or expired. Also, MS may have blocked the key if it notices a pattern of misuse, ie, more installations of XP using that key than authorized.
As a rule, VL editions of XP should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and gov'ts normally use VL editions for flexibility in installing many computers. Also, Volume Licenses for Windows XP are Upgrade licenses ONLY and cannot be used as the original or base license for a new computer. (i.e. Resellers should NOT be selling a computer with a Volume Licensing edition of Windows pre-installed).
In your specific case, the VLK Key, being used on your computer is not even a legitimate product key. It was created with an illegal key generating application. Microsoft can verify which product keys they themselves manufactured.
This is why you were seeing the "software counterfeiting" messages on your computer, because the current installation of XP is an unauthorized installation.
My suggestion is to compare the Windows Product Key on your CoA with the last 15 digets of the Windows Product Key listed on line 4 of the Diagnostic Report.
If they do not match then you, most likly, did not get the VLK version pre-installed and received it in some other way (maybe a repair shop reinstalled Windows, with their key, while repairing your PC).
If they match, then you received the VLK version pre-installed and I would suggest going back to your retailer and demand a legal install of Windows, that you payed for.
Thank you,
