Unfortunately the copy of Windows 7 that is installed is Pirated & has been illegally activated using a hackers loader tool.
The Bios date: <Date>20060602000000.000000+000</Date> is far to old before manufacturer to have an OEM copy of Windows 7 preinstalled. From a quick Google search of this model it should have came with Windows XP originally installed.
You will have to restore the laptop back to its original OS for which the COA sticker on the bottom of the laptop is licensed for using the manufacturer recovery partition. If this is no longer present you can try and see if you have any luck ordering a set of recovery discs from the manufacturer for a small fee to restore it.
